I always believe in transparency and openness when it comes to building a team or a community. Within team GP, we enjoy working with one another to overcome obstacles together.

Now with this blog, we wish to share the behind-the-scenes stories with you as we embrace the ups and downs of building and running GP. (By the way, feel free to call us “GP” like how we do it internally.)

If you are also thinking about starting a social movement, you will enjoy this blog. I hope you have realistic expectations about what’s ahead of you, and find humor and hope every step of the way. I guarantee that you will be able to take notes on what NOT to do from many of our lessons learned.
